About Our Business Hours
Our weekday hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) are designed to accommodate both early-morning pickups for businesses that need totes before the workday starts and late-afternoon drop-offs for companies disposing of containers at the end of their shift. Our Saturday half-day is available for customers who cannot visit during the work week.
Emergency / After-Hours Service
For urgent container needs outside of regular business hours (such as spill response requiring replacement containers or emergency production supply), send an email with "URGENT" in the subject line. We monitor urgent requests and will make every effort to respond within 2 hours during evenings and weekends. Standard after-hours inquiries will be addressed on the next business day.
Holiday Hours
We are closed on major holidays including New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. During holiday weeks, we may have modified hours. Check our website or call ahead for holiday scheduling.

From I-90 (East or West)
- 1Take I-90 to Exit 189 (OH-91 / SOM Center Road).
- 2Head south on SOM Center Road for approximately 1 mile.
- 3Turn left (east) onto Beidler Road.
- 4Our facility is located at 4786 Beidler Rd on the right-hand side.

From I-271 (North or South)
Take I-271 to the I-90 interchange. Merge onto I-90 East and follow the I-90 directions above. If you are coming from the south (Akron/Canton area), this is the most direct route. Total drive time from downtown Akron is approximately 45-50 minutes.
From Downtown Cleveland
Head east on I-90 for approximately 20 miles. The drive takes about 25-30 minutes depending on traffic. We are conveniently located in Willoughby, just off the interstate, making pickups and deliveries easy for businesses throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
From Route 2 (Lake Shore)
If you are traveling along the lakefront on Route 2, exit at SOM Center Road (OH-91) and head south for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Beidler Road. Our facility is on the right. This route is convenient for customers coming from Eastlake, Wickliffe, and the Route 2 corridor.
From Route 306 (East)
From Chardon or points east on Route 6, take Route 306 south to Route 20 (Center Street/Euclid Avenue). Head west on Route 20 to SOM Center Road, then south to Beidler Road. This route is ideal for customers in Geauga County and eastern Lake County.

Parking & Loading Info
Passenger Vehicles
Park in the designated visitor parking area near the office entrance. If you are picking up a small number of totes (1-4) with a pickup truck or SUV, you may pull up to the loading area for direct loading.
Pickup Trucks & Trailers
Pull directly into the yard area. Our team will load totes using a forklift. Make sure your truck bed or trailer is clear and accessible. For flatbed trailers, we can stack and secure totes for transport. Ratchet straps are recommended for securing loaded totes.
Box Trucks & Semi Trailers
Our facility accommodates standard box trucks and semi-trailers. We have a loading dock for dock-height vehicles and can also ground-load with a forklift. For semi-trailer pickups, please call ahead to confirm dock availability and staging.
Delivery Vehicles
If you are receiving a delivery at your location, ensure you have a clear, level area for the delivery truck to park and unload. A forklift or pallet jack at your receiving location is helpful but not required. Our drivers can ground-deliver with a lift gate if needed.

Check In at the Office
When you arrive, stop at the office first. Let us know if you have a pre-arranged order or if you are browsing inventory. We will assign a team member to assist you.
Inspect the Inventory
You are welcome to walk the yard and inspect available totes. We will show you the different grades (used, reconditioned, new), explain the markings, and help you select the right containers for your application.
Ask Questions
Our team is here to help. Ask about chemical compatibility, cleaning history, valve types, accessories, or anything else. We provide honest, expert guidance with no pressure to buy.
Complete Your Purchase
Once you have selected your totes, we handle payment at the office. Cash, card, check, and ACH are all accepted. Business accounts with approved credit can use Net 30 terms.
Loading Assistance
Our forklift operator will load your vehicle or trailer. We ensure totes are properly positioned and can provide strapping assistance for secure transport. Loading is always included at no extra charge.
Documentation
You will receive a receipt and any applicable documentation (prior contents records, cleaning certificates, material certificates) for your purchase. Keep these records for your compliance files.

What information should I have ready when I contact you?
For the fastest, most accurate quote, have the following ready: the type of tote you need (used, reconditioned, or new), the quantity, what you plan to store in it (this determines the grade and any special requirements), your preferred delivery date, and your delivery address. If you are selling totes, let us know the quantity, condition, what they previously held, and whether you need pickup service.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day, and most inquiries receive a response within 2-4 hours during business hours. For time-sensitive needs, call us directly or note "URGENT" in your form submission. If you contact us after hours or on weekends, your inquiry will be addressed first thing the next business day.
Do you deliver, or do I need to pick up?
Both options are available. We offer delivery throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond for orders of any size. For local customers, pickup from our Willoughby facility is always welcome during business hours. Delivery fees depend on distance and order size. Orders of 10 or more totes within the Greater Cleveland area often qualify for free delivery.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order. We sell individual totes to homeowners, small businesses, and farmers, and we fill truckload orders for manufacturers and distributors. Every customer receives the same level of service and expertise regardless of order size.
Can I see the totes before buying?
Absolutely. Walk-in visits are welcome during business hours. You can inspect our inventory, see the different tote conditions (used, reconditioned, new), and ask questions in person. For large orders, we encourage an in-person visit so you can verify that the product meets your needs before committing.
Do you buy used IBC totes?
Yes, we buy used IBC totes in any condition. We pay competitive prices for clean, intact totes and also accept damaged totes for recycling. We offer free pickup for quantities of 5 or more totes within our service area. Contact us with the quantity, condition, and prior contents of your totes for a buyback quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and ACH bank transfers. For established business accounts, we offer Net 30 payment terms upon credit approval. Payment is due before or upon delivery for first-time customers.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on quantity. Discounts typically begin at 5 totes and increase at 10, 25, 50, and truckload quantities (approximately 56 totes on a standard 53-foot trailer). Contact us with your quantity needs for a custom volume quote.

Zone 1: Local (0-25 miles)
Cleveland, Mentor, Painesville, Euclid, Solon, Chardon. Delivery available same-week, often next-day. Free delivery for orders of 10+ totes.
Zone 2: Regional (25-60 miles)
Akron, Canton, Elyria, Lorain, Medina, Youngstown, Ashtabula. Standard delivery fees apply. Typically 2-3 business day delivery.
Zone 3: Extended (60-100 miles)
Columbus, Toledo, Sandusky, Mansfield, Pittsburgh. Custom delivery quotes. Typically scheduled on a weekly delivery route.
Zone 4: Long Distance (100+ miles)
