Quotes provided through our website or by our staff are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Prices may vary based on quantity, condition, grade, delivery requirements, and market conditions. All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Product Condition

Used IBC totes are sold in their current condition. While we inspect and grade all totes, we cannot guarantee fitness for every specific application. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine suitability for their intended use. Reconditioned totes carry a 30-day leak-free guarantee from the date of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cleveland IBC Recycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products or services in question.
